the card was especially made for the Play Date Cafe's challenge #27.... enjoy..
materials: whisper white CS, certainly celery & bashful blue inks, petals-a-plenty texture folder, top note die, little leaves die, 5 petal flower, bo ho flowers, trio flowers & modern punches; frost white shimmer paint & alcohol spritz; crystal effects & chunky glitter; certainly celery satin ribbon, glue dots, pop dots & sponge dauber.
