Is there tissue paper behind the Upsy Daisy stamp? I so love this card. It is sparkly, fun, beautiful ... all in one! TFS!
ReplyDeletethanks, it's 'new to me' techinque - faux silk I believe... stamp your tissue, crumple & attach to CS, mount & go... also I VERY SPARINGLY shimmer misted the tissue... R ;)
