Saturday Sketch Challenge 119 -- Sense of Time

when I checked my email this morning there was a bunch ;)

one from a blog that I subscribe to regularly, her challenge was was to create a card in 15 minutes -- reading that, I immediately panicked, I couldn't even find my stuff in 15, let alone pull off a design & finish the card!! thinking NOT possible for me... http://www.stampinchic.com/2009/10/ten-minute-card.html ( I really like her inspiration)

so, on to another email & there was stamping 411's new Saturday challenge... I posted & printed that one... http://stamping411.blogspot.com/
then there was breakfast, laundry & fighting kids, oh boy...
all I wanted to do was make a card... washer was making a funny noise so that is on hold, I forced myself to vacuum & threw the kids out to play ;)
my turn to play! thoughts of the 15 minute challenge were still haunting me... lol, then it dawned on me, dah!, use exactly what I had left out from last night (ONLY) along with the 411 sketch that I had tossed on top...
it worked!! in about 15 minutes, minus the interrupted by a phone call or 2, plus the kids fighting again -- I have managed 2 challenges with 1 card!!!
