Let It Snow 12x12 frame

A non-stamping friend of mine wanted to make a gift for a hard to buy for family member... She asked me to help her come up with something... She brought papers she had already purchased & I added as much SU as possible to the design ~ I loved the results...

SU materials: Whisper White CS, Not Quite Navy ink, Snowflake punch, Boho Blossoms punch, Ticket punch, Top Note sizzix die, "Christmas Punch" Stamp set & Stampin Dimenesionals.
