I am SO EXCITED!!! it was my GUEST DESIGNER on USTAMP DAY!!!

I was LUCKY enough to be choosen as a USTAMP "WITH LOVE" GUEST DESIGNER & below is the project I made especially for USTAMP!!

I stumbled across USTAMP in the fall & have been part of it ever since!!
First as a customer (twice), then as a guest designer (twice & what an HONOUR!)!!
It has been the most incredible experience!!

The people involved in USTAMP are much more awesome than the projects ( & those projects they produce are pretty incredible tooo!!)

So if you are an everyday stamper or even a Stampin' Up demo, then USTAMP is the place to be!!

& to be completely honest: I wasn't even sure exactly what I was signing up for when I first paid my fee to join USTAMP in the Fall of 2009 -- boy, am I ever GLAD I did join!!

I had so much FUN the first time that I had to do it again & again...
yup, addictive, hee hee ;)

& yes, it has taken me time to learn to navigate around the site & see all that USTAMP has to offer (did I mention PRIZES?); but for me, USTAMP has seriously been the best stamping $$'s ever spent, right after purchasing STAMPIN' UP products & becoming an SU DEMO.... ;)

Lately I've been bitten by the "'watercolor reinker' technique & the fifth avenue rose" bug....
I LOVE making these!! I really like how the water & ink play together ;)

so as the color challenge suggests, (although my lighting makes the colors look off), here is my card, which took nearly forever!! this was a tough color challenge for me ~ the red was kicking it out for me...

all STAMPIN' UP products: bashful blue, taken with teal, whisper white & basic black CS; clear embossing powder & white craft ink, bashful blue, taken with teal, real red re-inkers & aqua painter; french filigree stamp & a happy heart stamp set; pinking hearts corner punch; black grosgrain ribbon & pop dots; flourish texturz plate; frost white alcohol spritz...

the 'mottled' paper was an accident... we were playing with reinker watercoloring & my 'mottled' paper is actually the "boo boo" sheet -- it was too pretty to throw out... R ;)

"Things I love..." PPA26

I had alot of FUN creating this little 3D Shadow Box for the Pals Paper Arts #26 Challenge from a project pattern that was featured on USTAMP WITH LOVE 2010. All products are from STAMPIN' UP featuring "Sending Love" speciality paper & "Things I Love" stamp set.

My 1st go at LNS's challenge 54...

This is my try at a LATE NIGHT STAMPER's challenge & at a tri-fold card... I just took the some of the colors & went with it... will probably do more over the weekend... material details later, headin' bed ;)

here's a quick peek of all the cards I did this sunday.... had a load of FUN ;)

Chocolate, gotta have more than one!!

so I`ve put in a busy sunday, carding like crazy!!
the girls over at Pals Paper Arts had an inspiration challenge that involved chocolate!! yummy!! I was so totally into that one ;) however, I never ate not one piece of chocolate while creating these!!! shocking, I know! lol, almost sad!!

the materials: all SU products ~ real red, very vanilla, chocolate chip & pretty in pink CS; chocolate chip SU ink; scallop trim corner punch; Sizzix Lattice die & big shot machine; Heart to Heart punch; lace edge punch; 'beautiful wings' & 'scalloped heart of hearts' Sizzix embosslit die; Holiday Best SU stamp set & "Sending Love" SDSP (happily, SU really out did themselves with paper pack!!). & lol, I actually did the inside of a card to prove that I can & have actually done it... R ;)
